Local development

localinfra/pc runs a local copy of the whole network as plain processes under process-compose: a PLC directory, two PDSes, a knot, hydrant, bobbin, knotmirror, deliberi, spindle and the web app, all behind Caddy on fake public hostnames under *.tngl.boltless.dev. Start it with nix run .#localinfra, and stop it with bin/pc down. Services run what is already built, so build your change and restart that service, for example bin/pc process restart knot2. Optional services such as the real spindle engine and observability run under profiles. localinfra/pc/README.md has the full reference.
