I was hoping that this would fix the audio crackling when streaming

I'm not actually using these packages right now and they are causing
build errors

Version 0.8.0 has a regression where the output stream is stuttery for
viewers

This was nice, but some programs (nix, and roc for example) don't play
nicely when a portion of their cache goes missing.

Instead of adding an exclusion for each of these programs, I'm just
not going to peridoically delete cache.

The nextcloud client requires user interaction with the secret service
and since im in the process of setting up autostarting for frequently
used applications, I'd rather not have this.

Additionally, this means I won't have every single file in a sync on
my machine at once which will help with space savings.

this is needed to set the primary monitor in xwayland which makes some
gamesi work properly instead of freaking out if they think they aren't
on the primary monitor

blender-hip has all the things required for gpu acceleration with
modern amdgpus

my router doesn't let me change the DNS servers and I'd rather not use
my ISP's DNS servers

- Use the correct external interface
- Allow lutea to access the WebUI without a username/password combo

This seems to be what is chosen by the container and this user/group
isn't really being used outside of the container
