scsi: ufs: mediatek: Change the maintainer for MediaTek UFS hooks

Change the maintainer of MediaTek UFS hooks to Peter Wang.

The original maintainer, Stanley Chu, who could previously be reached at
[e-mail], has left MediaTek. Update the email address
accordingly and list Stanley as reviewer.
