PCI: xilinx-cpm: Rename xilinx_cpm_pcie_port to xilinx_cpm_pcie

Rename struct xilinx_cpm_pcie_port to xilinx_cpm_pcie to match the
convention of <driver>_pcie. No functional change intended.
