pinctrl: mvebu: armada-{370,375}: normalize PCIe pins

This commit normalizes the naming of PCIe pins to use 'rstout' instead
of 'rstoutn' or 'rst-out'.

Since only the subnames are changed, DT compatibility is not affected.
