[ARM] 3778/1: S3C24XX: remove changelogs from include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410 [simtec]

Patch from Ben Dooks

Remove changelog entries from include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410
for all simtec .h files as these are irrelevant with
version control.
