QuietEngineer's dotfiles: just add water

Created from a cocktail of sources including:

• fadein/homedir
• endeavouros-team
• EndeavourOS-Community-Editions/sway

Install instructions:

1. cd into the dotfiles directory

2. Run stow DOTFILE_SUBDIR for each set of configs to install (e.g. stow bash)

   Alternatively run linkToHome.sh for a subset of support.
