QuietEngineer's dotfiles: just add water

Created from a cocktail of sources including:

- [fadein/homedir](https://github.com/fadein/homedir/)
- [endeavouros-team](https://github.com/endeavouros-team)
- [EndeavourOS-Community-Editions/sway](https://github.com/EndeavourOS-Community-Editions/sway)

Install instructions:

1. `cd` into the dotfiles directory
2. Run `stow DOTFILE_SUBDIR` for each set of configs to install (e.g. `stow bash`)

   Alternatively run `linkToHome.sh` for a subset of support.
