CLI tool for AI agents to manage a Spotify library via spotipy.

Install #

Requires Python 3.13+ and uv.

git clone git@github.com:mlowdi/spotiboti.git
cd spotiboti
uv sync

Setup #

Register an app on the Spotify Developer Dashboard with http://127.0.0.1:9100 as the redirect URI, then:

uv run spotiboti auth setup

You'll be prompted for your client ID and secret, then a browser window opens for OAuth. Run uv run spotiboti auth status to verify.

Usage #

uv run spotiboti --help            # show all commands
uv run spotiboti catalog --help    # browse Spotify (client credentials)
uv run spotiboti library --help    # manage your library (OAuth)
