Update Esperanto translation for "skeet" #36

I Esperantized "skeet" into "skiti" (and derivatives) and updated/added many translations. There were a few new strings that were too complicated for me since I'm still a beginner, but the old strings were very simple to copy the original Bluesky translation and update.

I also fixed a tense issue present in original Bluesky notifications that was driving me nuts. It used to say "{person} likes your post" instead of "{person} liked your post".
