zig-csv 0.1.0

Accepts CR, LF, or CRLF as the record terminator, configured through the new RowSeparator rather than a single byte. Parses a final record that the input does not terminate. Scans unquoted fields through a lookup table, which is worth about 179% on plain CSV and 277% on long fields. Requires Zig 0.16.0.
