Record a Wayback snapshot for the cited blog post

The convention is to cite both the original URL and an archive snapshot, so that a citation outlives the site it points at. Only the original was there, because archive.org was down when the citation was written. It is back, and a capture was taken today. Two snapshots from June already existed, but their digests differ from each other, so the page does change; the one recorded here is the version this audit actually read, taken after the reading rather than before it.
