ᘛ⁐̤ᕐᐷ Possgres#

A PostgreSQL driver. Written in Gleam, powered by opossums.

Currently in very early development. The plan is to have shared package for decoders and nice bits to construct requests, and then split packages for erlang/js to actually connect to your database.

What's with the name?#

  1. Possum and Postgres share the first 3 letters
  2. It sounds better than "glostgres"
  3. I like opossums
  4. They're really neat

I heard a rumor that you're actually just a passel of possums (that's what a group of opossums is called btw) stuffed into a suit pretending to be a human person. Is that true?

No, this is not only silly, it is categorically untrue. I don't even own a suit.
