Basic setup script for Garage,within my Geospatial homelab. It specifically:

1. Creates a basic 20Gb layout for Garage,
2. Assigns the basic layout at v1,
3. Create buckets for overture/, pmtiles/ and osm/,
4. Creates a general homelab-key,
5. Assigns the key to all buckets created in step 3).
