A script to generate a bingo card

Initially based off the bingo card distributed on Twitter by the late JapaneseNintendo.

• Allows arbitrary size of bingo card, including disabling free space.
• Easily modular to other configurations of bingo card for different events.
• Randomizes all entrants to the card.
• Puts your name at the bottom of the card.
