okay so this is annoying because i already did oauth support for Forumtest 2ff6b79a and forumtest used to use the exact same auth system as red dwarf so like its mostly just a backporting issue but also it would be nice to support both methods of login at once for easier developer environments but also for user preference https://bsky.app/profile/isaac32767.picknit.com/post/3m2nere5qo22w

initial pass done with 9c34168fc5669df93ae2487a205c7594ff9c79a9

should probably do scopes next it should be all create edit delete for all relevant app.bsky.* records and also wildcard XRPC for getFeedSkeleton idk what else
