Migration misc cleanup #40

  • Add a way to skip blob migration if it's clearly taking too long. Let the user decide if they just want to continue without it.
  • Ensure that on all possible browsers, the redirect_uri and tokens refresh nicely instead of timing out and breaking session.
  • Rethink the flow. Always PLC-switch last no matter what, and think about how we can safely recover if something goes wrong halfway through that doesn't involve going into postgres manually and deleting the half-made user.
