How the heck should I handle secrets? #2

Secret management is gonna be the most annoying part of this setup, so I may want to iron this out early. The biggest problem is that people are gonna have a lot of opinions about how to do this. I think that the best path may be to set up external secrets and then have people install the secret provider that they use, such as BitWarden or 1Password.
