docs: note SSH restart and proxy requirement #8

Here are two things I had to do to get my knot server working. The SSH note is straightforward enough. For the proxy stuff, not sure what the difference is between :5444 and :5555, I just know I could only get my knot registered once I proxied to :5555.

Thanks! :5444 is just for "internal" use, i.e. mustn't be exposed via a reverse proxy ever. Currently just used by repoguard/keyfetch but we plan to extend that further in the future.

And yes, I agree, we should probably be more explicit about the TLS/proxy reqiurement for :5555. That said, perhaps this can be reworded to a more generic note instead of a Caddy-specific thing?
