This adds an openrc service script, that I built while trying to self-host a knot on an alpine linux server.
Note that I am not an openrc expert though, so this is quite probably enhanceable.
This is at least a starting point though.

Hi! Thanks for the patch. Unfortunately, I don't think we want to have any more bespoke (and unused) init scripts in tree. For this reason, I will have to politely decline this change.
