Granted, this is probably me not quite understanding how the AppView caches and works generally, but if I manually delete a record — say, at://did:plc:kv7sv4lynbv5s6gdhn5r5vcw/sh.tangled.repo/3lk6sroc2ey22 — the change isn't reflected on Tangled

yes, the appview needs to subscribe to more events on the jetstream. this is something we have planned: bit tricky because it should coordinate with knots where possible.
