feature: RSS feed filtering, possibly through subscribing to search results? #466

At the moment, when I add the repo RSS feed to Zen Browser sidebar, I get all activity - every issue, every PR. What if I only want to get PRs? Or only issues from a particular person? Pipeline runs? New forks?

I am quite addicted to Zen Browser's Live Folders - you get pre-built folders for GitHub Issues and Pull Requests, as well as a generic RSS live folder. It self-populates with new items at a specific interval, which is very nice for keeping tabs on HN and some friends' blogs. If Tangled can embrace RSS more, I'll be very happy!
