The Pull Request screen has resizer bars between files, diffs, and comments. Sometimes, the handles aren't grabbable for me (though they do still respond to hovering). Reloading the page fixes this.
I believe this sometimes happened right after submitting a PR or posting a comment. I wasn't able to reproduce it consistently yet.
I'm on Firefox 148.0.2.
have tried the PR submission/commenting but unable to repro on the latest FF. will have to poke around a bit more! if you do end up in this state again, do let me know if you find any info in the browser console.
