[Feature request][UX] - as a user, I'd like to be able to copy a repo's readme to clipboard from the repo's homepage #429

Right now, to get to the point where I can easily copy a full readme to clipboard, I need to click on the readme, click view raw, highlight everything and copy it via ctrl+c. I'd appreciate a copy to clipboard button in the top right for all markown renders.
