Feature Request: Add Configs for Self Hosted Knots #421

Hi! Tangled is Awesome so far. One issue that I am facing is that, port 22 is not always readily available for tangled, and we need to substitute for port 2222. The webui still shows to use port 22.

I know that it says "URLs for Selfhosted Knots May be a different" but do you think we could add a configuration per knot, to specify the ssh port to connect to? the UI will adjust accordingly.

That's good feature to have! Actually there is an open issue to make Knots self-claim the exact ssh endpoints: https://tangled.org/tangled.org/core/issues/327
