As a collaborator looking to understand user sentiment, I would like to rank issues by reaction count.
Reactions are often used as a way to “vote” and express support without adding low quality comments (“+1”, “me too”, etc). To better expose sentiment and support for issues, users should be able to sort issues by reactions from most to least reacted. For example, I would like to see which issues have the most thumbs up emoji.
generally speaking, we need a way to sort issues (be it by comment count/date/reactions etc.)
