The link to the upgrade guide is broken #379

When running an outdated knot server, I get a red banner across the top of the pages on tangled.org. In the banner there's a 'Click to read the upgrade guide' link that ends up at https://docs.tangled.org/migrating-knots-spindles.html#migrating-knots-spindles which doesn't exist.

Looks like it's just missing an and- in the link.
