I was testing a knot/appview with local jetstream. I found that current jetstream client implementation spams the jetstream without retry delay, making both client and server(jetstream) go down.
This needs some fix. I'm taking a look for other services implementation.

because it will spam the poor js server. I put 3s wait on jetstream client and it seems to resolve this issue. I think 1s will work too.
Honestly I don't care much about this too much because it seems like I'm the only one who run full infra to test appview locally and it won't happen on production anyways.
