Removing a user from a knot doesn't work if their handle is invalid #192

If a user's domain is no longer connected to their account and their handle becomes handle.invalid, removing them from a knot fails with Failed to remove member, identity resolution failed.

we should support DIDs in all forms where handles are accepted!

I did a bit of digging, an early return occurs if the member's handle is invalid but it doesn't seem like the handle itself is used anywhere when removing a member. This same thing is happening in the spindle code as well.
