For when you click Inputs (pro, issues, or etc) to stop zooming in?

looking at some SO discussions around this, it seems safari zooms in when the input font size is <16px. while i am not sure what the solution is here, i believe the linked replacement meta tag would disable all pinch-zooming!

potential fix: we could raise the font-sizes up to 16px everywhere.

Apparently iOS10+ ignores both maximum-scale and user-scalable rules by default while browsers on Android mostly follow it. But overall using 16px as the font base line both avoids the described behavior and complies with WCAG.
