fix: allow multiple subdomains in author email addresses #133

Currently the form to add author emails does not allow emails that contain multiple subdomains. For example: {xyz}@users.noreply.github.com.

Seems like tangled.sh checks for email domain validity. I'm not sure if it is safe to remove

xxx.yyy.zzz.tld is a valid domain...

its a valid domain but it does not contain an MX record so its rejected by tangled.
