125 value: "We use the Water Wetness and Water Caustics decal to more tightly integrate
126 the stream water with the terrain. The Wetness decal makes the terrain and
127 other meshes around the stream look like they\u2019re wet, and the Caustics
128 decal imitates the appearance of lighting getting refracted by the surface
129 of the water and getting focused in animated patterns on the bottom of the
130 stream.\r\n\r\nFor the Wetness decal, it should be created and scaled so
131 that the top of the decal extends around half a meter above the surface of
132 the water. The top of the Caustics decal should be just under the water.\r\n\r\nFor
133 both decals, the decal volumes should be kept as small as possible in all
134 three dimensions - just large enough to cover their intended use and no larger.
135 You can also save some performance by lowering the Draw Distance parameter
