Share the admin pages' repeated pieces. queries.ts exports adminUsersKey and the AdminModelEntry type from the API, and lib/models.ts derives AdminModel, Capabilities, capabilityNames, noCapabilities, and storedModel from it, in place of the types and warning stripping copied between pages. useRolesChanged refreshes the roles and the users together, replacing the role page's and the users page's own copies, and useUsersChanged every users search. lib/roles.ts names the role lists: roleNames for choices where everyone's user role means nothing, and rolesWithUser for granting to roles. ReorderButtons and moveItem replace the Up and Down buttons the models and plugins pages each wrote. formKey in the form kit remounts a form when the record it edits changes, and the model and role pages use it.
