The router's pending page imported its skeleton from SettingsPage.tsx, which imports the form kit, so every page's first download carried TanStack Form. The skeletons move to SettingsPageSkeleton.tsx, and dividedRows and undivided to divided-rows.ts, so the skeleton can draw its lines without SettingsPage.tsx.
