Stop explicitly enabling the `git.write-change-id-header` setting as it
is now enabled by default in v0.30.0 [1].

I've decided that this is really only an issue on Reddit.
Remove Berkeley Mono as the most preferred monospace font due to it
being more likely to look blurry when used in a context without proper
tweaking of font settings (eg. code blocks on Reddit in Firefox). I
still love the font though!
