Close stale PR 3mgxdzhmxmh25: changes already on main #5

PR 3mgxdzhmxmh25 (Rambutan favicon, tab title, PWA support) cannot be merged because its changes were already committed directly to main. Both origin/main and origin/favicon-title-pwa point to the same commit f5311b0. The PR needs to be manually closed via the Tangled web UI since the CLI has no close command.
