Each counted Tangled change is a dot at its gap from earliest author date to latest commit date, on a log axis and unbucketed, at the height of the day it was written; a dashed curve marks the longest wait possible by now. Median, 90th and 99th percentile lines, and hovering reads the share landed within a gap or names one of the slowest 1%. GitHub inbox commits carry only an author date, so they're left out.
