route to identity if #service_name is included #19

For example: inputting did:plc:ar7c4by46qjdydhdevvrndac#atproto_labeler into the search bar should take me to that did's identity tab so i can see the #atproto_labeler field in their did doc.

did:plc:ar7c4by46qjdydhdevvrndac#atproto_labeler is not something you'd find in a did document, unless you meant did:plc:ar7c4by46qjdydhdevvrndac#atproto_label from the verification method, but the service ID does not include the DID

so unsure when this would be useful, given you'd have to add it to the DID, that sounds cumbersome compared to just going to the repo page and clicking the identity tab
