Economancy browser app #

Run the authoritative local server in one terminal:

npm run build --workspace @instlang/economancy-server
npm run start --workspace @instlang/economancy-server

Run the browser app in another:

npm run dev --workspace @instlang/economancy-web

Open the Vite URL, then create a match. Open a second browser tab with the other player name to exercise the private commitment/reveal protocol. The creator can copy the invite token into the second tab and use Join seat; the resulting seat token is saved in that browser. The invite token also lets players join, while the private host token authorizes the host-only income button. Player actions use the seat token. The server returns match_credentials_missing for matches created before seat authentication was added; recreate those local matches rather than sharing an untracked private seat. Scarcity Case panel accepts remedy proposals with comma-separated allocations, claimant:amount refunds, and from>to:amount transfers; players can then endorse a shared proposal or pass. Once a match is loaded, the table polls the host every two seconds and shows a reconnecting state if the host drops.
