I'm more than happy with generating these files myself, I just don't knowย how.

the tar file should contain otb, bdf and ttf fonts:

Ohh, not sure how I missed that! My bad.

Huh, for some reason clicking the tar links sends me to a blank page. When I right-click/save as, I get a zero KB file.
