should be basically everything but the incremental backoff done
pubsub for them is implemented, they publish each item one by one under the feed.link
basic functionality and periodic fetching works
TODO: test the incremental backoff
have `just update-sql` delete the existing database since i dont need to
do more than the initial migration yet
