Going from sourcehut to my own personal tangled knot

I pieced together a fresh emacs config for my work laptop, which trimmed down
the overall size of it, and removed a bunch of cruft. Things are better
documented and broken down into sections.

me gusta.

...but leave it commented out, in case I ever decide to switch from doom-one.

Maybe this is too much useless information, but while I quite enjoy the naysayer
theme, and find it rather soothing and easy on my eyes, my entire desktop is
themed using doom-one.

For whatever reason, emacs does not seem to be able to find goimports when
running in GUI mode, and I do not terribly feel like figuring it out.
