Uploading a folder with nested subdirectories via web UI places all files at the root #15

When I go to upload my site to wisp.place via the web console, it flattens the entire directory structure and places all files at the root of the site which breaks a bunch of paths. Whenever I upload using the CLI it retains the structure fine however.

E.g. mysite/_astro would have all files placed into mysite/ instead

(Seems like a regression of an existing bug from the tracker history so I'm reopening as a new issue)
