- Version 1.3.6: Fix TalkerAlias control character handling, fix timezone with Python tzdata

Use space as heuristic to detect meaningful TalkerAlias content:
- No spaces (bare/corrupted callsign like "K0VH") → use SourceCall + SourceName
- Has spaces (name/location like "John K0MVH") → use TalkerAlias

- Rename strip_control_chars to sanitize_text and handle None/non-string inputs
- Use case-insensitive comparison for TalkerAlias vs SourceCall
- Simplify code by moving .strip() into the helper function

Brandmeister TalkerAlias field can contain control characters that corrupt
the displayed callsign (e.g., "K0\rVH" instead of "K0MVH").

- Add strip_control_chars() helper to remove all ASCII control characters (0-31, 127)
- Fall back to SourceCall + SourceName format when cleaned TalkerAlias is empty
or equals SourceCall
- Apply sanitization to all text fields (SourceCall, SourceName, DestinationName)

The system tzdata apt package on Debian Trixie no longer includes legacy
timezone names like US/Central (moved to tzdata-legacy). The Python tzdata
package from PyPI includes the complete IANA database with backward
compatibility links, making it the correct solution for Python's zoneinfo
module.

- Add tzdata to requirements.txt
- Remove unnecessary apt-get tzdata from Dockerfile

- Version 1.3.5: Fix Docker timezone errors by adding tzdata package

Fixes ZoneInfoNotFoundError when using US/Central timezone
by installing the tzdata package in the Docker container.
