Rename this Tap #22

This Tap is no longer really specialized for Fedora Atomic, it works great on pretty much any distro, and I think we should update the name to reflect that. AtomicXR can stay as a separate utility, like it is now. That would also reduce the confusion between this tap and AtomicXR itself.
