Auth via Basic Auth (R2 S3 credentials) with timing-safe comparison,
batch API generates presigned S3 URLs for direct client upload/download,
verify endpoint checks object metadata via R2 HEAD. Supports both
repo.git and repo URL formats per LFS spec.
