1KNOWN BUGS:
2- <div id="dump" style="position: absolute; right: 0px;"> has it out of the flow and thus, when <div id="tree"> is vertically smaller, the layout breaks
3- <div id="dump" style="float: right;"> is perfect for the layout but in Firefox 3.5.2 dump nodes stop receiving mouseover events
