docs(helm-mcp): fix stale BTreeSet count in vocabulary() comment #425

Vocabulary::from_facets populates five BTreeSets (tech_bases, roles, rules_levels, configs, quirks), not four. Both the comment and the struct it describes were added in the same commit, so the count was wrong from the start.
