maybe puts bites (wafrn invented) and pokes (atproto first) into a new notifications tab, on by default. also enable bite & poke buttons.

im a bit confused on what this implies, when we say "pokes" do we mean what sites like facebook had? couldnt this be abused to spam notifications to someone?

I've seen xyz.atpoke.feed.poke and xyz.atpoke.graph.poke records. I don't think these should ever actually trigger push notifications, but they should just load in when the user wants them to.
