fix: theming (favicon, selection, hue shift) #45

  • Currently the favicon is always a Witchsky-orange. change it to an svg and let it be primary_500!
  • Selection (on web) is also still just the default browser (blue) color, which should probably be changed (also to make the Blacksky theme more accurate)
  • Hue shift is still affecting repost (and maybe like) icons. People dislike this!! needs fixing.

related to theming and the hue shift, that library could maybe be switched out for something less laggy or without missing source maps (previously mentioned)

honestly I've grown to like the repost icon changing color with my hueshift so it'd probably be a good fit for making a toggle
